This unique 400m2 greek style villa is located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area in Costa Adeje, just a few minutes from all services, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife areas and beaches.
Villa Itaca has 3 levels and these different areas.
On the way up to the upper floor we find an area set up for work, with views of both the ground floor and the upper floor, where there is a large library with another study area, and a double room with a private bathroom.
You will find a big living room with sofas in front of a large window with sea views and an olive tree that presides over the space within an interior patio. TV area, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry room. Cleanliness. Guest WC.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tube.
The second and the third bedroom is actually a one big family bedroom without a partition wall. It has a two double beds and two ensuite bathrooms with shower.
On floor -1, you will find a spacious living room with board games, a gym, a bathroom with a shower and an independent apartment with a private living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and an access to another part of the garden.
The garden surrounds the entire villa and in the main part there is the infinity pool with views of all of Costa Adeje, the sea and the island of La Gomera. The sunsets from this place are amazing. This outdoor area has hammocks, two outdoor lounges, one covered on the porch and one outdoors, outside dining table. It also has a private parking for two cars.
